Hello! Thank you for choosing Konocti Net. This form will help you get signed up for our Premium
Dial-up Service. TO AVOID UNNECESSARY CHARGES, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT CONTINUE UNTIL YOU HAVE
READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

- Please select a location using the selection drop-down menu below. If your location is
not listed in the menu, please contact our Support Team at (707) 263-2973 or e-mail at
support@konocti.net.
- Your dial-up connection may take up to 45 minutes to be activated; please be patient. Feel
free to get a cup of something nice to drink while our system processes your application. We will need to contact you
in order to complete the sign-up process.
- We only accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards online. We do not accept any other cards (such
as American Express).
- Be sure to read throughly the Internet Service
Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy before
sending in your application.
